Analysis of doctoral application review system of medical university——based on the its practice of the first year recruitment of doctoral candidates in Xuanwu Hospital

Abstract: In order to achieve the training goal of “top-notch innovative talents”, the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to the reform of the doctoral admission system. In recent years, the doctoral application for examination and approval is a hot topic of reform. Capital Medical University, after thorough survey, started this reform in 2017 among a part of tutors and explored the doctoral application review system. This article introduced the experience of Xuanwu Hospital and pointed out the issues concerning the publicity, the key points of the application, how to avoid the power rent seeking phenomenon, the problems of coexistence of different recruit systems etc. The main purpose of this article is to explore how to perfect this system and make it precise and executable.
